A 25-year-old man was caught Friday making Instagram reels in a special Pocso court in Etah during trial proceedings in a gang-rape case.
Terming the act " inexcusable ", the judge sentenced him to 15 days of rigorous imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs 1 ,000. The man claimed his phone "automatically started making videos". The judge called this a "lame explanation".
