Strictly Come Dancing star loses a stone in incredible body transformation

Strictly Come Dancing star Thomas Skinner has unveiled his incredible body transformation after dropping a stone just weeks into the 2025 series. The Apprentice star, 34, is paired up with professional dancer Amy Dowden this year - and despite a spate of controversies, he has teased his next "absolutely bonkers" routine for next week.

In a new X post, Thomas tweeted: "Good evening guys, I know it's Wednesday but I filmed this earlier thinking it was Thursday. That's how shattered I am from all the dancing. Been working hard, I've lost a stone and our dance routine for Saturday night is absolutely bonkers... I can't wait to show u all. Please don't forget to vote for Amy & I on Saturday night. Hope you all had a great day. Bosh."

In the accompanying video, Thomas said: "I am with my fabulous dance partner, the stunning Amy Dowden. We've been working double hard."

Amy added: "You've been working so hard. Those hips are starting to loosen up, because on Monday..."

Thomas quipped: "Basically I'm like a Ferrari stuck in the garage, ain't been drove in a few years but don't worry, I'm coming out soon."

Amy couldn't help a jab as she joked: "Who told you that you were a Ferrari?" - with Tom retorting: "All right, a Transit van!"

The pair showed off some behind the scenes rehearsal footage, with some fans gushing that they have "great chemistry" and appear "relaxed" together.

Another penned: "I don't even need to see you dance, you've already got my vote."

While a third gushed: "Keep pushing champ!"
