Princess Kate returns to Wimbledon with a tote bag from brand loved by Meghan Markle

Princess Kate served up a stunning look at Wimbledon over the weekend as she returned in a pale-yellow dress and she was seen carrying a luxury accessory that matched her pleated frock.

Instead of a formal clutch, the Princess of Wales donned a small woven tote bag from the English fashion accessories designer, Anya Hindmarch. Her exact accessory was the Neeson Small Square Tote, a compact bag handwoven from chalk-hued shiny capra leather, with a handy pocket, adjustable handles and a zipped top to keep everything secure.

The bag retails at £950 but it is not available online yet - fans can sign up here to join the waiting list. Meanwhile Anya Hindmarch has the same bag available in Orchid Purple, which goes nicely with autumn and winter outfits.

Measuring at H27cm W58cm D23cm, Kate's handbag comes with a D-ring and a large leather slip pocket adorned with a signature woven Anya Hindmarch bow, adding a feminine touch to the otherwise understated aesthetic. The designer explained in a social video: "Our Neeson bags are hand-woven and can take up to 12-hours to finish. All the bags are finished with our signature bow on the front."

The chalk colour might be prone to attracting dirt and stains so it might be worth considering the darker Orchid Purple option.

Meghan Markle was seen rocking an Anya Hindmarch accessory when she made a public appearance without Prince Harry last September and according to People Magazine, she was sporting a Matchbook Leather Charm (£195) that is embossed with a charming reminder to "Take What You Need," offering uplifting words like hugs, love, patience and a smile, reports the Mirror US.

While Kate's tote bag might not be at everyone's budget to splurge, there are other options that are more forgiving on the price tag. The Dune Daisy bag is similar in terms of design and it features floral applique on raffia material.
