
Police have said one child has died as a result of the coach crash in Somerset this afternoon.
Three air ambulances, 10 police cars, ambulances and fire engines were on the scene near Wheddon Cross in Somerset. An HM Coastguard and a police helicopter were also on the scene on the A396 Cutcombe Hill between Wheddon Cross and Timbercombe.
A major incident has been declared with the coach carrying 60 to 70 people to Minehead Middle School. Over 20 casualties have been taken to hospital.
