Prince William was joined on the green carpet of the 2025 Earthshot Awards Ceremony by a string of stars last night. Marking his final even in Brazil, the Prince of Wales was joined in Rio de Janeiro by A-listers Kylie Minogue and Shawn Mendes.
The royal greeted the singers inside the Museum of Tomorrow - a spectacular waterfront venue for the glittering environmental celebration. William, who re-wore a Tom Ford tuxedo and black tie for the occasion, looked relaxed and happy to be back celebrating at the fifth annual ceremony.
He was greeted by cheers, the sound of a lively Samba band and Carnival dancers as he arrived at the museum, setting the tone for the glamorous night.
Kylie was introduced to the Prince, 43, and was overheard describing his Earthshot Prize as "amazing people doing incredible things".
The princess of pop was the picture of sustainable sophistication as she arrived in an archival Stella McCartney dress.
Her playful nude-toned dress, featuring sheer fabric covered in circular appliqués, was originally created in 2011 and perfectly captured the spirit of responsible fashion, which is a message close to both McCartney and Minogue's hearts.
The 57-year-old star paired the look with metallic gold heels and soft, natural waves, letting the outfit's texture and movement take centre stage.
After walking the green carpet, the Prince headed upstairs to meet Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer, former New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, Britain's Ambassador to Brazil Stephanie Al-Qaq and Brazil's Environment Minister Marina Silva.
Inside the ceremony, the celebrations continued with more music and dancing from some of the biggest names in Latin America.
Kylie later took to the stage herself for a special performance that delighted the international crowd, proving once again why she remains one of pop's most enduring global icons.
The singer wowed audiences with a lively rendition of her 2001 hit Can't Get You Out of My Head, prompting a roar of applause and cheers.
Her energy lit up the room, perfectly capturing the celebratory spirit of the night. William's smile said it all: the Earthshot mission had not only inspired action, but also united music, fashion and purpose on a truly global stage.
