Lewisham 'human remains' found - A correction

A previous version of our article incorrectly reported as fact that a "body" had been found "in several bags" "near a school" in Lewisham. In fact, there is no evidence of a body being found, and although it was reported that the remains were found "in bags", this has not been confirmed by the Met Police. Furthermore, we are not aware of any school in the immediate vicinity of the remains being found. We are happy to make clear that the Met Police were called to Church Road, Lewisham, after reports of human remains being unearthed in a garden. Our article has been amended accordingly and can be .
