This World Chocolate Day, get ready to trade your weekday blues for bonbons as Conrad Pune turns up the indulgence with The Chocolate Chapter, a celebration of World Chocolate Day, dipped in decadence and dusted with delight. Hosted at the city’s favourite spot, Pune Sugar Box, this chocolatey affair kicks off with a special chocolate menu from 6th July till 16th July, and a chocolate making workshop on 7th July by the award-winning Chef Krutika Gawas. This celebration features a specially crafted menu that’s every dessert lover’s dream come true.

The highlight of this celebration is an exclusive event on 7th July, from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM, where guests will be treated to a luxurious afternoon of chocolate tasting and decorating workshop followed by high tea. At Pune Sugar Box, the evening promises a sensorial journey through flavours, textures, and stories, all inspired by the magical world of chocolate.

The evening offers an intimate, behind-the-scenes peek into the world of chocolate-making with Chef Krutika Gawas, who has over 8.5 years of experience in the pastry kitchen and is specialized in French patisserie; she recently made India proud by winning an award at a prestigious French pastry competition. Guests will get to uncover the ‘Conrad Chocolate Secret’, learning first-hand the inspiration and techniques behind some of the chef’s most iconic creations. From the tart Passion Fruit Gel Bonbons and nostalgic Pan Bahar Bonbons to rich Irish Maple and indulgent Nama Chocolate, the chocolate tasting will showcase a stunning line-up of bonbons handcrafted for the occasion. The specially curated chocolate day from 6th to 16th July features from Passion fruit bonbons to Nama Chocolate and more which will be a treat to your taste buds.

With a beautifully curated high tea to complement the chocolates, the evening becomes more than just a tasting, it’s a heartfelt ode to artistry, imagination, and sweet storytelling.
