On Friday (July 18, 2025), three Hindi films had hit the big screens, Saiyaara, Tanvi The Great, and Nikita Roy. While Saiyaara has taken a bumper opening at the box office with a collection of Rs. 20 crore on the first day, Tanvi The Great and Nikita Roy have failed to take a good start.
Tanvi The Great is Anupam Kher's directorial, and despite decent promotions, it has not even crossed Rs. 1 crore mark at the box office. According to Sacnilk, the Shubhangi Dutt starrer has collected approx. Rs. 40 lakh on day one which is quite low as the film is made on a budget of Rs. 50 crore.
Sonakshi Sinha starrer Nikita Roy released without any pre-release buzz, so there were no expectations from the film's box office. On its day one, the movie has collected approx. Rs. 23 lakh.

Tanvi The Great has received mixed reviews, and so, we can't expect a huge jump at the box office over the weekend. It looks like the film might collect around Rs. 1.50-1.60 crore in three days.
