Ingredients
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Lauki - 1 cup (grated)
Gram flour - half cup
Garam masala - half teaspoon
Curd - 2 tablespoons
Coriander powder - half teaspoon
Cumin powder - half teaspoon
Red chili powder - half teaspoon
Coriander leaves - finely chopped
Green chili - 1 finely chopped
Ginger - 1 teaspoon grated
Turmeric powder - half teaspoon
Salt - according to taste

Method
- First of all, take wheat flour in a big bowl and mix the gram flour in it.
- Now take a gourd and peel it. Grate it. Now add the grated gourd to the flour.

- Now add finely chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chili, grated ginger, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
- Add cumin powder, coriander powder, and garam masala to it. Now add curd and mix. Add some oil and knead the dough.
- Now take a ball of the prepared dough, apply dry flour and roll the thepla like a roti using a rolling pin. Now heat a pan and put the thepla on it and cook.
- Now add some oil to it and then turn it to the other side. Cook it well and then take it out in a plate.
