Ingredients
Chopped beetroot – 1/2 cup
Milk – 1 cup
Litchi – 5-6
Almonds – 1 tablespoon
Honey – 2 tsp
Ice cubes – 4-5
Recipe
- To make a beetroot smoothie, first, take the beetroot, and with the help of a peeler, remove its peel slightly.
- After this, cut beetroot pieces. Now cut almonds and litchis into small pieces.
- To make a smoothie, both milk kept at normal temperature or cold milk can be used.
- Now put beetroot pieces, litchi, almond pieces, and milk in the blender jar and blend.
- After blending for about 1 minute, open the lid of the jar and then add honey to the smoothie.
- Now blend the smoothie again for 1 minute so that the beetroot smoothie becomes well smooth.
- After this, pour the smoothie into a serving glass and add 2-3 ice cubes on top.
- The cold beetroot smoothie is ready to serve.
