When it comes to fashion, the Kardashians don’t believe in off days — not even in court. Kim Kardashian ’s outfit for her long-awaited testimony in the 2016 Paris robbery case wasn’t just chic — it oozed confidence, strength, and the unmistakable message: she’s in control.

Dressed like the powerful businesswoman she is, Kardashian made her grand entrance into the Paris courtroom on Tuesday morning in a head-turning ensemble that seamlessly blended courtroom decorum with high-fashion drama. She wore a commanding vintage John Galliano blazer dress with sharp, bold shoulders, paired with sleek Saint Laurent slingback heels. Her look was elevated with dark Alaïa sunglasses and her hair pulled back into a perfectly polished twist — all elements coming together to deliver a look that was both elegant and intimidating.
imageBut the true showstopper? Her diamonds. Kardashian wore a jaw-dropping necklace by Samer Halimeh New York worth a reported $3 million — a dazzling piece crafted from 18-karat white gold and encrusted with 80 diamonds, including a 10.13-carat pear-shaped centerpiece. In total, the necklace weighed an astonishing 52.17 carats. That wasn’t all: she completed the look with a sparkling anklet, diamond earrings (including an $8,100 Briony Raymond ear cuff), and a statement ring.

Accompanied by her mother, Kris Jenner , who wore a plaid blazer and black slacks, Kardashian made the journey from the U.S. to France just a day prior, documenting the trip on Instagram Stories as part of her ever-present media savvy.

The case: Revisiting the 2016 Paris heist

Kardashian appeared in court to testify against the so-called “grandpa robbers,” a group of men accused of stealing $10 million worth of jewelry from her during Paris Fashion Week in 2016. The harrowing robbery took place in her private apartment at the Hôtel de Pourtalès, where masked intruders held her at gunpoint, bound and gagged her, and threw her into the bathtub — all while she was wearing only a bathrobe.
Among the items stolen was her second engagement ring from then-fiancé Kanye West — a $4 million, 20-carat diamond that was never recovered. Only one piece, a diamond-encrusted cross, was found.
Kardashian has spoken publicly about the trauma in previous interviews and episodes of the family’s reality series, detailing how she feared for her life and thought she might be sexually assaulted. “I’m like, ‘This is it,’” she recalled during a 2017 episode. “Are they going to kill us?”

Her mother, Kris Jenner, broke down when discussing the ordeal on the show, saying through tears, “The thought of losing Kim is emotionally scarring and hard to overcome.”
