India's fifth-largest IT services firm Tech Mahindra, on Tuesday, announced key leadership elevations aimed at accelerating growth across global markets. The company appointed Manish Mangal as Head of the Americas Communications Business and Sahil Dhawan as Head of India, Middle East, and Africa (IMEA) Business.
Manish Mangal, previously served as chief technology officer – telecom and global business head – network services. With over 27 years of global telecom experience, Mangal is expected to lead Tech Mahindra’s telecom growth in one of its most critical markets, leveraging innovations in 5G, AI, and cloud infrastructure.
Sahil Dhawan, who takes charge of the IMEA region, previously served as senior vice president & global head – enterprise applications.
Mohit Joshi, CEO and MD, called the leadership changes a strategic move to strengthen the company’s go-to-market depth. “Manish and Sahil have been integral to our growth journey. Their new roles reflect our commitment to market-specific strategies and impactful innovation,” he said.
The company said these leadership shifts align with its broader ambition to deliver integrated, AI-first, platform-led services across industries.
